Managed CRM · with an AI entry point

The CRM
you don't have
to CRM.

Sales teams don't fail because the CRM lacks features. They fail because the CRM becomes a second job. We run yours — data capture, cleaning, enrichment, intelligence — and hand back the signal without the overhead.

§ 01 — The problem

The CRM you bought is a filing cabinet nobody wants to open.

Every sales team ends up in the same place. Reps don't log calls. Data decays. The leader hires a coordinator to keep the CRM honest — and it still isn't. The tool isn't the problem. The admin burden is.
  • 01

Reps spend 5–8 hours a week on CRM entry that nobody reads.

  • 02

Leaders get dashboards that lag reality by days, built on data they can't trust.

  • 03

Contact data decays 22–30% a year and nobody is funded to fix it.

  • 04

Adding headcount to "own the CRM" costs $6–10k/month loaded before any output.

§ 02 — How it works

You do the selling. We do the CRM.

i.

We ingest

Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Twilio, forwarded SMS threads from reps' phones. Your team keeps using the tools they already use. No new app to log into, no new discipline to enforce.

ii.

We run it

Deduplication, normalization, contact graph, per-contact AI personas refreshed nightly. Your data lives in your own Supabase database. We operate the pipeline; you don't have to think about it.

iii.

You get the signal

A spreadsheet-style UI when you want the raw data. Personas in plain English before every call. Monthly briefings on what's moving, what's cooling, and what needs human attention.

§ 03 — What you get

Everything a sales ops hire would do. At a fraction of the cost.

Automatic activity capture

Emails, meetings, calls, texts — captured as they happen. Reps don't log anything unless they want to annotate.

Unified contact graph

One record per real person, deduplicated across every source. E.164 phones, lowercase emails, clean provenance.

AI personas, refreshed nightly

Plain-English summary of every contact. Read it in 90 seconds before a call and walk in prepared.

Your data, your database

Your Supabase project. Full export any time. If you leave us, you keep the database — we just stop operating it.

Spreadsheet UI for humans

NocoDB over your data. Sort, filter, search, export. Nothing to learn. No dashboards nobody reads.

Ongoing operation

Monitoring, fixes, tuning, monthly briefings. You have one email to write when something needs to change.

§ 04 — Pricing

Flat team tiers. No per-seat math.

§ 05 — Questions

The ones that come up every time.

We already have HubSpot or Salesforce.

Keep it. We can ingest from it. The real question is whether your reps actually use it and whether your data is clean. Most HubSpot seats are filing cabinets. We sit alongside and do the work.

Why not just hire a sales ops coordinator?

An ops coordinator is $6–10k/month loaded before they do anything. We're a fraction of that with the AI layer included. Hire ops when you're at 30+ reps with dedicated workflows that need a human.

Do you train AI on our data?

No. Personas use your activity as context at generation time, not training. We use Claude by Anthropic through a license-gated proxy we operate. Your data doesn't train the underlying model.

What if we leave?

You own your Supabase project. You keep the database, full export, no lock-in. We just stop operating it. No hostage situation, no migration nightmare.

What integrations are included?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Twilio, forwarded SMS threads, and inbound email via a CRM inbox. Novel integrations beyond this list are custom work, quoted separately.

How long does setup take?

One working week is typical, kickoff to handoff. Larger imports (10k+ contacts, multiple messy sources) push it toward two weeks. We quote the timeline on the kickoff call.
